Description:
T1 - Silver Birch - fell -outgrown position, too close to front elevation of property (6m) with drip line over house. Replanting of a suitable indigenous replacement further towards the front boundary planned once renovations complete. T2 - fell Laurel in front garden - due to impact on No. 45 and to accommodate changes to the driveway. T3 - fell Horse Chestnut in front garden - unsuitable for the site - too close to the front boundary wall and the boundary with the neighbours, impacting on their light when the tree is in full leaf, undermined the foundations of the front wall and is beginning to push it over and damage to the footpath. Replanting of a more suitable indigenous tree more centrally in the front garden planned once building works are complete. T4 - fell Horse Chestnut RH side rear garden - impact on amenity and light of neighbours. Immediate proximity to planned extension also means that the tree would impact significantly on light and amenity in the new extension. No immediate plans to replant. T5 - fell Silver Birch - due to proximity to existing house and impact on light in proposed extension as well as potential future subsidence risk, impacting on the neighbours ability to maintain the boundary fence and extensive surface roots. Consideration will be given to replanting a suitable replacement as part of landscaping exercise post completion of building works. T6 - fell small Silver Birch to rear garden on right hand boundary which is too close and to the detriment of the plane tree directly behind.
